Miss Tizzy is one of my favorite books to read. Parents, I feel you should experience reading this book alone and with your child/children. This book shows a lot about building character, showing compassion, not only for peers, but for older adults such as teachers, mother, and grandmothers. The feeling of being nurtured and the feeling of being close with each other lending a helping hand whether in the neighborhood or in class.
